- • As a Merchant Success Manager at ShipBob, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with ecommerce merchants to drive their growth and success through proactive health checks, quarterly business reviews, and tailored solutions.
- • Day to day, you will consult with merchants to uncover their goals, develop action plans, promote adoption of key ShipBob features, monitor merchant health to mitigate risk, collaborate with support and product teams, and track KPIs like NPS, churn, and upsell.
- • You’ll join ShipBob’s growing Merchant Success team within a high-performance, transparent culture where leaders are accessible, feedback flows both ways, and everyone is empowered to solve real problems that impact merchants, the company, and their own growth.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in merchant lifecycle management, strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven retention strategies—positioning you for advancement in customer success, account management, or operations leadership within a fast-growing tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and merchant services in the technology industry
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and in-person mediums
- • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for merchants
- • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- • Aptitude to sell via quota attainment
- • Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing merchant needs and driving solutions
