- • Own end-to-end Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid acquisition strategy for Viktor, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and creative testing — every dollar must directly drive qualified pipeline and paying customers.
- • Run the creative engine independently: brief, produce, edit, and ship ad creatives at high velocity — including static images, video, and UGC-style content — without relying on external teams or agencies.
- • Establish and maintain a weekly experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses, documented results, and compounding learnings; prioritize velocity over polish and treat the Meta account as a live optimization system.
- • Own all measurement and attribution for Meta, including CAPI implementation, pixel hygiene, conversion modeling, and view-through attribution — distinguish signal from noise using direct platform data and BI tools.
- • Build and continuously expand the audience and creative library: develop lookalike audiences, retargeting segments, exclusion logic, and proven creative concepts that scale across campaigns.
- • Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing on budget allocation and channel prioritization; challenge assumptions when Meta is not the optimal channel, and make data-driven cases when it is.
- • Deliver clear, numbers-based weekly reports on spend, CAC, and pipeline contribution — focus exclusively on outcomes, not vanity metrics like impressions or CTR.
- • Audit and eliminate wasteful spending within the first 30 days, clean up tracking and attribution infrastructure, and ship first experiments with testable hypotheses.
- • Lock in a sustainable creative production rhythm by day 60, restructure audience and bidding strategy to show visible CAC trends, and establish a weekly read-out process in the Acquisition cycle.
- • By day 90, establish Meta as a predictable, scaling channel with a documented playbook, a deep creative library capable of sustaining testing velocity, and a draft hiring rubric for a potential second team member.
- • Operate daily in Ads Manager — be the media buyer, creative director, analyst, and optimizer in one role; no delegation or agency layers allowed.
- • Leverage AI-native tools (e.g., Claude, generative creative platforms) as core parts of daily workflow to compound output and efficiency.
- • Operate with founder mentality: build a channel from zero, not inherit a mature program; own the entire surface area of Meta acquisition with autonomy and accountability.
- • Work remotely with EU time zone overlap as primary requirement; NYC availability is secondary but preferred.
- • Use Viktor to build Viktor — experience the product’s impact firsthand daily as both user and marketer.
- • Ship your first campaign within the first week and talk to users on your first day — no bureaucratic onboarding or alignment meetings.
- • Fix what breaks and own what wins — no task lists, only real ownership of customer-facing systems that directly impact growth.
- • Contribute to a culture of high trust, low process, and rapid iteration — decisions are made by owners, not committees.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior paid social operator with proven, hands-on experience managing Meta ads for B2B SaaS or AI products, with direct accountability for pipeline and CAC
- • Demonstrated ability to independently manage meaningful Meta budgets and deliver measurable pipeline growth without relying on external creative or media teams
- • Strong creative instinct — ability to brief creators, edit video, write compelling ad copy, and predict performance before launch
- • Comfort with data: proficient in extracting insights from Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, BI tools, and conversion modeling to drive decisions
- • Documented track record of running a systematic experimentation practice with hypotheses, tests, and compounding results
- • Operator-first mindset: daily active use of Ads Manager, not passive oversight; AI-native workflow using generative and automation tools
