- • Own the end-to-end Meta Ads engine for a portfolio of small and solo law-firm clients, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that consistently exceed 100 % ROAS targets while staying within strict legal advertising compliance.
- • Architect the Meta Ads service from the ground up—design playbooks, naming conventions, audience frameworks, creative testing matrices, and budget pacing models that can be replicated across dozens of accounts without sacrificing quality or performance.
- • Spend roughly 75 % of your day in-platform: building CBO and ABO structures, layering interest and look-alike audiences, running creative split-tests, monitoring frequency and CPM trends, and making real-time bid and budget adjustments to keep CPL under target.
- • Translate complex performance data into plain-English insights for attorneys who care more about signed retainers than CTR; deliver bi-weekly Loom videos and live Zoom calls that show exactly how many leads became consultations and what next month’s plan looks like.
- • Serve as the bridge between Sales and Delivery—jump on discovery calls to scope ideal-fit clients, build pre-sale forecast models, and later ensure the hand-off from signed contract to live campaign happens in under five business days.
- • Provide creative direction that balances legal ethics with scroll-stopping visuals: write compliant ad copy, brief the design team on UGC-style videos and static carousels, and maintain a swipe-file of high-performing legal creatives that can be repurposed across clients.
- • Build scalable onboarding SOPs: intake questionnaires, pixel and CAPI setup checklists, offline conversion mapping, and automated welcome sequences that make new clients feel confident their ad dollars are in expert hands from day one.
- • Monitor account health daily—flag disapproved ads, appeal policy violations, and stay ahead of Meta’s ever-changing ad policies so clients never wake up to a disabled account and wasted spend.
- • Collaborate with the data team to build Looker Studio dashboards that surface cost-per-case, lifetime value, and retention metrics; use these insights to refine targeting and creative strategies across the entire book of business.
- • Mentor junior media buyers and virtual assistants, creating training videos and QA checklists that allow the team to 10× client load without bottlenecks.
- • Experiment with emerging Meta placements—Reels ads, Advantage+ shopping campaigns, lead-gen forms, and Messenger automation—to uncover new channels that drive qualified consultations at lower cost.
- • Champion a culture of relentless testing: every month launch at least three new angles, two new audiences, and five fresh creatives per client, documenting winners and losers in a shared knowledge base.
- • Represent the company at quarterly virtual summits, presenting case studies that showcase how a solo family-law attorney scaled from 5 to 50 consultations per month using your Meta framework.
- • Keep a pulse on the legal market—track competitor creatives, landing-page trends, and state-bar rule changes—then feed those insights back into campaign strategy to maintain first-mover advantage.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience managing B2C campaigns with at least $100 K in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts
- • Proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition in legal, home-services, or other high-intake professional-service verticals
- • Customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to explain complex ad metrics to non-technical stakeholders
- • Deep proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and offline conversions; Canva familiarity is a strong plus
- • Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written) with clear, confident presentation skills
