📋 Description
- • Lead business development initiatives for new product lines by aligning sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute effective go-to-market plans and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
- • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps in the water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection product sectors, positioning Core & Main for strategic growth.
- • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, sales goals, and performance metrics for new business lines, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- • Create and oversee the production of sales collateral, pricing models, and promotional materials tailored to municipal, non-residential, and residential end markets.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, private water companies, and municipal clients to drive adoption of new products and services.
- • Leverage industry knowledge of construction supply and industrial distribution to inform product viability assessments and expansion opportunities.
- • Utilize expertise in Carbon/Stainless Steel Fabrication to evaluate technical specifications, application suitability, and market demand for related product offerings.
- • Monitor sales performance data and customer feedback to refine strategies, optimize product positioning, and improve conversion rates.
- • Support professional development initiatives by participating in industry networking events and internal learning programs, including access to onsite training and online learning resources.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion by fostering an environment where all team voices are heard and valued, contributing to a collaborative and thriving workplace culture.
- • Ensure all business development activities comply with company standards for ethical conduct, customer service excellence, and regulatory compliance.
- • Represent Core & Main at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build long-term partnerships across the U.S.
- • Work remotely while maintaining high levels of communication, accountability, and performance across distributed teams and regional markets.
