📋 Description

• As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst at Guidehouse, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by designing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 and Power Apps platforms to support secure, scalable, and mission-critical implementations for federal and commercial clients.
• You will collaborate directly with Platform Architects and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and performance standards across the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling current and future-state processes, configuring Dynamics 365 applications, designing integrations and data conversions, and advising on solution architecture using Microsoft CRM APIs and integration patterns.
• You will serve as a technical expert in client-facing activities, including proposal development, presentations to executive stakeholders, and demonstrations of solution capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
• You will contribute to the full project lifecycle — from discovery and design through implementation and support — ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver measurable business value and user adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Apps configuration, customization, and integration.
• US Citizenship is contractually required due to the nature of client work and potential access to sensitive government systems.
• Bachelor’s degree (US equivalent) or higher; preferred fields include Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis (as-is/to-be modeling), and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to design and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Experience with Microsoft CRM API usage, data integration, interface development, and assisting in the design of data conversions and system interfaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.
