📋 Description

• Serve as a Mid-Level Data Specialist supporting TrueZero Technologies Inc. in delivering data-driven insights to enhance customer outcomes and organizational performance.
• Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, analytics, and client services to identify data needs and translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Create and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations using approved tools to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Perform routine data audits and quality checks to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or gaps in datasets and recommend corrective actions.
• Document data definitions, sources, transformation rules, and workflows to ensure organizational knowledge retention and compliance.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from leadership and client teams with timely, accurate, and well-documented outputs.
• Stay current with emerging data tools, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve data processes and deliverables.
• Ensure all data handling practices align with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to iterative improvements in data operations.
• Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries within assigned projects and ensure consistent communication across teams.
• Contribute to the development of standardized data templates, naming conventions, and metadata frameworks to improve scalability and usability.
• Maintain awareness of TrueZero’s mission to enable people and technology for superior outcomes, ensuring all data work supports this core principle.
• Uphold the company’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence by actively engaging with a community of driven professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role with 3–5 years in data collection, cleaning, and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Ability to build and maintain automated data pipelines using ETL tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Experience documenting data workflows, sources, and transformation logic
