- • As a Mid Market Account Executive at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within the 300-1,000 employee segment, directly contributing to the company’s mission of redefining productivity through its AI-powered converged workspace.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for new business leads, from initial outreach and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing, ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach that aligns with ClickUp’s philosophy of letting the product speak for itself rather than relying on aggressive tactics.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads generated by marketing and growth teams, conduct high-impact virtual demos and presentations using web conferencing tools, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points across diverse industries and use cases.
- • You will maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in CRM systems, forecast with precision, and consistently exceed quarterly quotas by balancing net new acquisition with strategic upsell and renewal opportunities from existing accounts.
- • Collaboration is key: you will partner closely with Marketing to refine lead quality and messaging, work with Product and Customer Success teams to surface feedback and improve product-market fit, and share insights to optimize sales enablement tools and processes.
- • You will continuously deepen your expertise in ClickUp’s platform—including tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and AI-powered enterprise search—to confidently answer technical and functional questions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
- • By identifying emerging customer segments and vertical-specific opportunities, you will help shape go-to-market strategy and uncover new avenues for pipeline growth and market expansion.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas through net new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to effectively engage with a diverse, global customer base.
- • Strong consultative selling skills, including experience leading RFIs/RFQs, delivering compelling virtual presentations, and managing complex sales cycles in mid-market environments.
