- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Sprig, you will drive new revenue by identifying and engaging high-growth Mid-Market companies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and expanding product adoption across teams and use cases.
- • Day to day, you will prospect target accounts, craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, qualify leads by understanding customer challenges, run efficient multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and partner post-sale to uncover expansion opportunities.
- • Sprig is an AI-powered customer survey platform used by industry leaders like Microsoft, DoorDash, Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor, backed by $85M from top VCs, and recognized as a top workplace by Fortune and Built In.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, sharpen your ability to communicate complex value propositions, master high-velocity sales cycles, and contribute directly to shaping Sprig’s go-to-market strategy in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role focused on net-new business
- • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role with strong pipeline management skills
- • Hunter mentality with enjoyment of prospecting, building pipeline, and creating opportunities from scratch
- • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate value and build trust with diverse stakeholders
- • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude suited for fast-moving startup environments
