📋 Description
- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive II at Handshake Technologies, Inc., you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for employer clients in the mid-market segment, connecting companies with early talent through Handshake’s AI-powered career network.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach to target accounts, conducting discovery calls to uncover client objectives, delivering tailored product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, accurately forecasting sales performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the talent marketplace ecosystem.
- • You will join a high-growth, mission-driven company backed by leaders from Scale AI, Meta, xAI, Notion, Coinbase, and Palantir, working to democratize access to opportunity for 20 million knowledge workers and partner with 100% of the Fortune 50 and leading educational institutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, refine your consultative selling approach, master complex sales cycles involving senior stakeholders (Director, SVP, VP levels), and contribute to shaping the future of work in the AI economy while building a track record of quota attainment and customer impact.
