- • Own the end-to-end activation and expansion of Mid-Market customers (100–999 employees, $50M–$100M revenue) using Ramp’s Bill Pay and Procurement products, ensuring full onboarding within 90 days and approximately five customer calls
- • Become a product expert in Ramp’s AP Automation and Procurement tools, including integrations, vendor onboarding, approval routing, purchase requests, invoice processing, and policy configuration
- • Manage a book of approximately 100 Mid-Market expansion opportunities, setting clear objectives, timelines, and action items for each account to drive product adoption and spend growth
- • Deeply analyze customers’ current AP and procurement workflows, identifying pain points and business priorities to tailor communication and demonstrate Ramp’s value proposition
- • Develop and execute account strategies independently to increase product usage and spend volume, building relationships across multiple stakeholders within each customer organization
- • Maintain thorough and accurate Salesforce (SFDC) notes to track progress, stakeholder interactions, and implementation status
- • Identify and resolve implementation blockers independently, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide targeted feedback and propose practical workarounds
- • Serve as a resource for new team members by sharing onboarding insights, providing constructive feedback to peers, and identifying opportunities to improve team processes and tooling
- • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance customer engagement, consistently bringing structured agendas to 1:1 meetings
- • Drive customer adoption by connecting Ramp’s capabilities to each client’s specific financial and operational goals, ensuring measurable business impact
- • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs into product improvements and operational enhancements
- • Maintain high standards of customer experience by anticipating needs, proactively addressing concerns, and positioning Ramp solutions effectively throughout the customer lifecycle
- • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, data-dense environment, making consequential decisions that directly affect customer retention and revenue growth
- • Contribute to scaling Ramp’s Mid-Market expansion motion for Bill Pay and Procurement by documenting best practices and sharing learnings across the team
- • Ensure all customer implementations align with Ramp’s standards for automation, risk mitigation, and spend control, contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how businesses manage finance
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, implementations, technical consulting, or product operations in a B2B organization
- • Bill Pay / AP and/or Accounting implementation experience
- • Experience with Accounting Systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, ERP/AP modules)
- • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering partners to share feedback, troubleshoot issues, and design workarounds
- • Proven track record of exceeding quota or outperforming key metrics
- • Comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
