- • As a Mid Market Customer Success Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their journey with Harvey’s AI-powered platform, ensuring they adopt and derive maximum value from the technology while helping define the future of work in legal and professional services.
- • You will lead the strategic implementation of Harvey into client workflows, provide training and enablement for end users, manage relationships with 40+ mid-market clients, create scalable processes and playbooks, monitor customer health using analytics, own renewals and expansions, and relay client insights to internal teams for product improvement.
- • Harvey AI is transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and an enterprise-grade platform, serving 1000+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and rapid scaling; the team operates with intensity, ownership, and a mission-driven culture focused on solving real problems with urgency and care.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success strategy, AI adoption in professional services, scalable client engagement models, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you for significant professional growth and impact at a high-growth, category-defining company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience managing a high volume of client cases or customers, preferably from legal firms or SaaS organizations
- • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- • Results-driven mindset with ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and demanding customers
- • Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst (preferred but not required)
- • Empathetic, committed, structured, motivated, and collaborative with a team-first mentality
