  • • As a Mid-Market Sales Manager for Growth Markets (CEE, Italy & MEA) at HubSpot, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth across key international territories. This role is critical to scaling HubSpot’s presence in emerging and established markets by executing world-class sales methodology, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly sales quotas through strategic leadership and coaching.
  • • You will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets; build confidence and trust with direct reports while providing developmental feedback for continuous improvement; coach team members to develop professional sales skills through regular one-on-ones and skill-based training; collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to align on business growth strategies; supervise and conduct training on inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing topics to ensure team readiness; maintain headcount by recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new Account Executives; stay current with inbound marketing trends and HubSpot platform updates to guide team effectiveness; understand regional market dynamics in CEE, Italy, and MEA to build and execute localized growth plans; and consistently demonstrate HubSpot’s core values and leadership traits in all interactions.
  • • You will be part of a global, mission-driven sales organization at HubSpot, where the culture is rooted in solving for the customer, being bold, learning fast, and delivering with HEART. The team operates with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland or from the Dublin office, with an emphasis on connection, ownership, and trust. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive sustainable business growth.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership and coaching competencies, deepen your expertise in consultative sales and territory management, and gain strategic experience in scaling sales operations across diverse international markets. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Professional fluency in English is required for effective communication with global teams and customers.
  • • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team, with preference for candidates who have led consultative sales processes and managed territories effectively.
  • • Superior coaching skills, including the ability to observe, evaluate, and apply various techniques to improve individual and team performance.
  • • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in sales activities and results, using data to drive behavioral changes and build growth plans.
  • • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and drive business results.
  • • High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills to motivate individuals and teams while maintaining personal accountability for hitting monthly goals.
