- • As a Mid Market Sales Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will lead and coach a team of Account Executives to drive growth of AI solutions in mid-sized and boutique law firms and in-house legal teams, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming professional services through frontier agentic AI.
- • You will own managing and reporting on your book of business, including accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance, while rolling up your sleeves to work directly with prospective customers to achieve ARR targets through net new logo and expansion deals.
- • You will be part of a sharp, motivated, and mission-driven team at Harvey, a company with 1000+ customers across 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor backing, operating at the forefront of reshaping critical knowledge work with AI.
- • You will have the opportunity to refine sales playbooks, develop best practices, build a best-in-class sales toolkit, coach and develop team members for career growth, and shape the operational foundations of Harvey’s rapidly growing Mid Market organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years of people management experience training and coaching a high-performance sales team
- • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients using a consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodology
- • Experience operating in an early stage, high-growth environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with limited oversight
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- • Demonstrated passion for Harvey’s mission and strong understanding of AI’s potential applications in knowledge work, with interest in the legal profession
