📋 Description
- • As a Mid Market Sales Manager at Abnormal Security Corporation, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in the South Central region, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence through strategic leadership and execution.
- • Day to day, you will recruit and hire top sales talent, enable and manage sellers to hit productivity metrics, drive pipeline generation using field sales, marketing, and channel partners, develop regional account strategies, partner with Sales Engineering on demos and proof-of-concepts, build customer relationships focused on retention and expansion, forecast revenue accurately, and develop channel partner programs.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling sales teams, master consultative and value-based selling methodologies, deepen your knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and achieve measurable impact through team performance, revenue growth, and strategic partner and customer relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotas selling security, networking and/or software solutions
- • Minimum of 3+ years leading a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos
- • Strong hunter mentality with direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline
- • Successful experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories
- • Experience managing and closing deals of $50K+ as well as higher value transactions above $100K+
- • Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels
- • Strong presentation and communications skills, with ability to translate technical features into business value
- • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- • Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment

- • Base salary range: $163,200 – $192,000 USD
