  • • Lead and scale the Enterprise Sales team in the West Region as a Regional Vice President, driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales culture at 7AI, a company leveraging AI to transform cybersecurity defense.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing Enterprise Account Executives; driving regional revenue attainment and pipeline generation; building strategic territory and account plans; partnering with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership; establishing operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline management; recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent; developing executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers; and providing accurate forecasting and regional insights to senior leadership.
  • • 7AI is a fast-moving, high-growth cybersecurity company at the forefront of applying AI to defend against evolving threats, where defenders are empowered with swarming AI agents to offload non-human work and focus on strategic security outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of enterprise sales management experience in the cybersecurity space
  • • Experience leading and scaling teams of 8+ quota-carrying enterprise sellers
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
  • • Strong executive presence with experience selling into complex enterprise organizations
  • • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
