- • Lead and grow a Mid-Market Sales team covering accounts from 100–2,500 employees, driving consistent high 5-figure to 6-figure, multi-stakeholder deal closures as n8n scales its US market presence.
- • Coach and develop Account Executives to execute complex sales cycles using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology, run rigorous pipeline and forecast reviews, and elevate strategic selling motions focused on value-led, enterprise-level opportunities.
- • Partner with VP Sales and go-to-market leadership to shape segmentation strategy, align cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, and hire/scale the team into high-performing sub-teams.
- • Build expertise in technical sales motion, drive ARR growth through territory prioritization and expansion plays, and contribute to n8n’s mission of empowering teams to automate faster with its open workflow orchestration platform.
