  • • As a Mid-Market Territory Manager for Distribution at Epicor Software Corporation, you will own and execute territory strategy to drive revenue growth in the Central US market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling resilient global supply chains through data, AI, and cognitive ERP solutions. Your role is critical in expanding Epicor’s footprint among mid-market distribution businesses by leveraging deep industry expertise to win new logos and expand existing accounts.
  • • You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas by developing and implementing targeted territory plans aligned with corporate objectives, maintaining a robust pipeline of 5X annual quota through proactive prospecting, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to contract close.
  • • Day-to-day activities include applying expert knowledge of Epicor’s Distribution product suite to articulate differentiation against competitors, coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize deal velocity and customer satisfaction, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients by translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • • You will act as a sales team leader by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, while ensuring CRM data integrity through consistent updates and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to inform strategic adjustments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry with 8+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in ERP systems
  • • 3+ years of specialized industry experience in the Distribution sector, including deep understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics workflows
  • • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships while presenting technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
