📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around proprietary AI characters, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from initial ideation and prompt engineering to generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using generative video tools.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI video platforms such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse to produce high-quality cinematic sequences with consistent character design and scene continuity across extended narratives.
• Apply advanced techniques to maintain visual fidelity and character consistency across AI-generated clips, mitigating drift and ensuring seamless transitions between scenes.
• Integrate motion graphics, graphic design elements, and post-production polish using industry-standard tools including Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver cohesive, professional-grade outputs.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models, tools, and workflows, incorporating innovations into production pipelines and sharing findings with the content team to elevate overall output quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution, prompting strategies, and artistic decision-making.
• Continuously refine and optimize AI video production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and visual consistency, reducing turnaround time without compromising artistic integrity.
• Create stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in alignment with product requirements, ensuring compliance with internal moderation systems while pushing creative boundaries.
• Maintain an experimental and iterative mindset, rapidly testing, failing, refining, and improving content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI image and video generation, including prompting techniques, batching, inpainting, upscaling, and fine-tuning workflows to enhance output quality and production speed.
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates, asset libraries, and procedural workflows that standardize production and enable team-wide scalability.
• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring peers, and documenting best practices for AI cinematic production across the team.
• Balance creative autonomy with structural alignment, ensuring all deliverables reflect brand identity, tone, and ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard’s AI moderation system.
• Work independently in a fully remote, high-velocity environment with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of project timelines and quality outcomes.
• Maintain a deep curiosity for AI-native storytelling, constantly exploring new capabilities and pushing the limits of what cinematic AI video can achieve.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing and compositing software
• Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
