- • Conceptualize narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters (IPs), ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines
- • Utilize cutting-edge AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms to produce high-quality cinematic sequences
- • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
- • Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects using traditional editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish and finalize outputs
- • Experiment rapidly with new AI video models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing insights with the broader content team
- • Align with the Content Lead’s creative direction while operating with high autonomy in technical execution and creative decision-making
- • Refine production workflows continuously for efficiency, scalability, and output quality across high-volume content cycles
- • Create stylized and explicit NSFW visuals as required by product needs, working within uncensored AI models while maintaining artistic integrity
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual content aligns with product goals, user engagement metrics, and ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard
- • Stay current with advancements in AI video generation, cinematic techniques, and digital art pipelines to push the boundaries of narrative-driven AI content
- • Deliver high-fidelity video assets on tight iteration cycles, testing, failing, refining, and improving content rapidly in response to feedback and performance data
- • Maintain a portfolio of AI-driven video work demonstrating mastery of character consistency, visual storytelling, and AI-assisted post-production
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- • Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult content (NSFW)
