- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around proprietary AI characters (company IPs), ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from initial ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery
- • Utilize cutting-edge AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms to produce high-quality cinematic sequences
- • Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended video narratives using advanced AI consistency techniques
- • Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production polish using industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
- • Rapidly experiment with new AI video models, tools, and techniques, then incorporate successful methods into standardized production workflows
- • Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining high autonomy in technical execution and creative decision-making
- • Refine production pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and consistent output quality across high-volume content needs
- • Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in alignment with company guidelines and proprietary moderation system EverGuard
- • Continuously explore and evaluate new AI capabilities in generative video, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance creative output and workflow speed
- • Work independently to deliver polished, cinematic video assets under tight deadlines while maintaining artistic integrity and brand consistency
- • Share knowledge and best practices with the broader creative team to elevate collective proficiency in AI video production
- • Adapt swiftly to evolving AI tooling landscapes, maintaining expertise in the latest generative video platforms and prompting strategies
- • Apply advanced techniques in batching, inpainting, upscaling, and refinement to ensure seamless transitions and visual fidelity in AI-generated content
- • Ensure all final outputs meet high standards of cinematic language, pacing, composition, and emotional impact
- • Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation for AI-generated sequences, prompts, and model variants to enable reproducibility and team collaboration
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and compositing software
- • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
- • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
