📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended video sequences using advanced AI consistency techniques
• Utilize traditional editing and motion graphics software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) for final assembly, polish, and integration of visual elements
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, incorporating new capabilities into production pipelines and sharing learnings with the team
• Develop and refine AI prompting strategies for batch generation, iterative improvements, and high-quality output consistency across cinematic sequences
• Integrate motion graphic design, visual effects, and color grading to ensure cohesive, cinematic final outputs aligned with brand aesthetic
• Work autonomously under the creative direction of the Content Lead while making independent technical decisions throughout the production process
• Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in alignment with company guidelines, operating comfortably with uncensored AI models
• Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality across high-volume content production cycles
• Collaborate with the content and AI teams to align video outputs with broader product goals and user engagement strategies
• Stay at the forefront of generative video technology by actively exploring, testing, and adopting new AI models, plugins, and post-processing methods
• Document and share best practices for AI video generation, prompting, and editing workflows across the creative team
• Ensure all final video content adheres to EverGuard’s ethical and moderation standards while preserving artistic intent and narrative impact
• Adapt quickly to evolving product requirements, feedback loops, and shifting creative priorities in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
• Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language in all delivered content
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects from concept to delivery with a strong emphasis on execution and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and motion graphics software for final assembly
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and producing explicit NSFW content
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership mindset with ability to execute ideas independently from concept to completion
• Experimental and iterative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly evolving AI tools
