• • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered on EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• • Lead end-to-end AI video production workflows from initial ideation and prompting to final editing, compositing, color correction, and delivery using generative video tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended AI-generated sequences using advanced prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
• • Create stylized and explicit NSFW visuals aligned with product needs, ensuring creative output adheres to brand tone while operating with full autonomy over technical execution
• • Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish and finalize AI-generated sequences for high-quality output
• • Rapidly experiment with emerging AI video models and tools, incorporating new capabilities into production pipelines and documenting best practices for team-wide adoption
• • Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align creative direction while independently driving technical decisions and iterative improvements in workflow efficiency and output quality
• • Continuously refine AI video generation pipelines to enhance scalability, consistency, and production speed without compromising narrative depth or visual fidelity
• • Work within an uncensored AI environment, producing content that includes adult, explicit, and mature themes with full comfort and professional responsibility
• • Act as a technical and creative resource for the team by sharing insights on AI video generation, prompting strategies, and post-production optimization
• • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of successful prompts, workflows, and consistency techniques to ensure repeatability across production cycles
• • Adapt quickly to evolving AI tools and market trends, staying ahead of industry advancements to ensure EverAI’s content remains visually groundbreaking and culturally relevant
• • Ensure all delivered content meets technical specifications and creative briefs while operating in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with minimal supervision
