- • As a Middle Treasury Manager (Crypto) at Skelar AS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient flow of financial operations across both fiat and digital assets, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale its venture-builder model.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing and monitoring daily transactions in fiat and stablecoins, managing internal fund transfers between corporate wallets and accounts, maintaining full documentation and compliance oversight of treasury operations, and supporting the setup of approval workflows and access controls for digital asset infrastructure.
- • You will join Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products used by over 10 million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, The Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in crypto treasury operations, strengthen your analytical and organizational skills in high-volume financial environments, and contribute to strategic decision-making through accurate, transparent treasury reporting — all while working within a mission-driven culture that values innovation, expertise, and social impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years of experience in treasury, payment operations, or finance roles within FinTech, IT, or international companies
- • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize routine and ad-hoc tasks effectively
- • Understanding of payment processing flows and basic banking infrastructure
- • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, and structuring large datasets
- • English language proficiency at B2 level for working with international documentation and services
