• As a key member of our expanding mobile app team, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success and scaling of our mobile application. This app is already a significant player, utilized by millions of professionals worldwide, consistently ranking in the App Store's top 100 globally. With over 2 million downloads and an impressive 100,000 reviews, you will contribute to an already thriving and impactful product.
• Your primary responsibility will be to write and deploy high-quality code for both our iOS and Android applications, leveraging the power of React Native. This involves not just coding, but also actively participating in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring our app remains performant, reliable, and user-friendly.
• You will be an integral part of our agile development process, attending daily stand-ups with the engineering team. We foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment where your contributions are valued and your input is encouraged. We believe in making development both productive and fun.

• Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements that will further solidify Popl's position as a leader in the In-Person Go-To-Market space. This includes exploring innovative solutions to improve lead capture, data enrichment, and CRM integration, all aimed at maximizing value for our users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining the integrity of our platform.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and receiving it in turn, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of code quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mobile development, particularly within the React Native ecosystem, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant and efficient mobile solutions.
• Help define and maintain technical standards and best practices for the mobile development team, contributing to the long-term maintainability and scalability of our codebase.
• You will be a key player in shaping the future of our mobile product, directly influencing its direction and success in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Mobile App Development.
• Proven expertise in React Native for cross-platform development.
• Solid experience with native Android development (Java) and native iOS development (Swift).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and services such as Firebase and AWS (RDS), and experience with SQL databases.
