📋 Description

• Mobile Experience Engineer role focused on building a premium, membership-based investment platform with a native iOS-first approach, where crafting exceptional user experiences is as important as technical execution.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building high-quality native iOS experiences, crafting pixel-perfect UI with smooth interactions, shipping end-to-end features (authentication, transactions, data flows), iterating quickly using AI coding tools, contributing across mobile and web as needed, and collaborating directly with product and design teams.
• Katapult Labs is a nearshore software development agency that combines top LATAM talent with world-class execution and an AI-first approach, working with PMF+ startups and businesses in the U.S. through a team-augmentation model.
• The role offers the opportunity to learn and achieve mastery in AI-augmented mobile development, refine product taste in UI/UX, gain end-to-end ownership of features in a high-caliber, low-bureaucracy team, and directly influence the user experience of a premium financial product.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced conversational English proficiency for daily communication, meetings, and collaboration
• Proven experience shipping real mobile apps with iOS-first preference
• Strong taste in UI/UX including spacing, motion, and visual clarity
• Solid skills building clean, reliable integrations with APIs
• Comfort moving fast, iterating, and operating with high ownership
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
