- • As a Mobile RV Technician, you will ensure the safety and satisfaction of roadsurfer’s campervan fleet by maintaining vehicles on the road and supporting rental stations across your region.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing minor repairs independently, sharing technical knowledge with station staff to enable them to handle basic maintenance, and actively contributing to improving your work area through new ideas and project involvement.
- • You will join a dynamic, fast-growing company that values team spirit, flat hierarchies, and regular social events such as sports sessions, barbecues, and after-work drinks, all while promoting the #happyroadsurfing lifestyle through annual free camper rentals.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise across various campervan models, develop leadership skills by training others, and grow professionally within a supportive environment that encourages innovation and hands-on problem-solving.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, vehicle technician, or equivalent qualification; other skilled trades (e.g., carpentry, electrician) are welcome, and career changers with technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- • Interest in various vehicle brands and models, preferably with prior familiarity with roadsurfer’s common campervan models.
- • High flexibility, willingness to travel, and strong manual dexterity are essential.
- • Fluency in German and good proficiency in English.
