- • As a Mortgage Disclosure Analyst at Zillow Home Loans, you will support the Operations team in delivering a simpler, more transparent mortgage experience by ensuring loan disclosures are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal and state regulations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing loan data and fees to support accurate Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures, preparing revised disclosures within tolerance limits, adjusting fees based on purchase agreements and loan term changes, maintaining compliance with TRID and RESPA requirements, managing a daily pipeline of loans to meet deadlines, collaborating with Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters to resolve discrepancies, and delivering disclosures securely while communicating status and updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- • You will be part of Zillow Group’s Operations team, which is dedicated to improving the mortgage process through accuracy, compliance, and customer-centric service, contributing to a company recognized as a FORTUNE 100 Best Company to Work For and a PEOPLE Companies That Care honoree.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in mortgage compliance, regulatory standards (TRID, RESPA), loan documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values precision, adaptability, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations, including disclosures, closing, processing, post-closing, or compliance
- • Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, tolerance violations, and cure provisions
- • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in high-volume, deadline-driven work
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing loan details and timelines
- • Experience using a loan origination system; Encompass experience preferred
- • Familiarity with compliance requirements across loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA)
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills
