- • As a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant, you play a critical role in helping borrowers move confidently through the mortgage process by supporting high-producing Loan Officers and ensuring loan files are organized, compliant, and progressing on time.
- • Day to day, you will assist with loan file preparation, documentation collection, status tracking, and coordination with internal and external partners such as processors, underwriters, and closing agents to facilitate timely loan closings.
- • You will be part of Banner Bank’s mortgage team, a stable and community-focused organization with over 135 years of history, $16 billion in assets, and a strong commitment to employee development and workplace culture, recently recognized as Great Place to Work Certified.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in mortgage lending processes, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management while contributing to successful loan outcomes and gaining experience in a respected financial institution known for its integrity and long-term stability.
