- • As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a pivotal role in our operations team, directly contributing to our mission of reducing the cost of capital globally. - • You will be instrumental in building the world's first completely autonomous asset-securing process, developing world-class risk models for underwriting, and ensuring an incredibly smooth and efficient product experience for our consumers from application to activation and ongoing management of their credit cards.

- • Your core responsibilities will involve the meticulous review of security documents, ensuring they are complete and meet all recording requirements. This includes verifying the accuracy and compliance of documents such as Liens and Deeds of Trust.
- • You will be responsible for the timely and accurate filing of these security documents with the appropriate governmental entities, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- • A key aspect of your role will be verifying client-provided documents during the account creation process. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the documentation needed to onboard new customers efficiently and securely.
- • You will also assist in the preparation and filing of account closing documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly to finalize customer accounts.
- • Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with other departments, responding to document requests and providing essential support for their record-keeping needs. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and a seamless customer journey.

🎯 Requirements
