- • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Senior Loan Officers who self-source leads and can sell RenoFi’s exclusive home-equity renovation loans. You will be the single trusted point of contact from first cold outreach to signed offer, guiding each candidate through screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding hand-off.
- • Partner deeply with Sales leadership to map quarterly head-count plans to market-level revenue targets—translating high-level growth goals into weekly requisition priorities, funnel metrics, and realistic hiring forecasts.
- • Write and refresh job specs that speak directly to mortgage originators’ pain points (lead flow, comp structure, product differentiation) and post them on LinkedIn, industry job boards, and niche mortgage communities to ensure a steady inbound flow.
- • Build and nurture a warm talent pipeline of 150-200 Senior Loan Officers per quarter using Lever ATS, custom tags, and automated drip campaigns; mine pipeline data weekly to surface conversion bottlenecks and share actionable insights with executives.
- • Validate production claims by pulling public HMDA data and proprietary MMI reports, then present concise deal sheets to hiring managers so every interview starts with verified facts, not anecdotes.
- • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, unconscious-bias mitigation, and competitive-offer positioning; deliver post-mortems that improve close rates and reduce time-to-fill by 20 % within your first six months.
- • Steward RenoFi’s culture in every candidate touchpoint—sharing stories of our globally distributed team, our mission to make renovations financially accessible, and the tangible impact our loans have on families and contractors.
- • Drive diversity sourcing initiatives by partnering with NAMMBA, local mortgage associations, and veteran transition programs to ensure at least 40 % of your pipeline comes from under-represented groups.
- • Maintain SLA-level candidate communication: every applicant receives thoughtful feedback within 48 hours, and every finalist gets a personal call from you whether we extend an offer or not.
- • Experiment with new sourcing channels (TikTok mortgage creators, private Facebook groups, referral contests) and report ROI so the team can double-down on what works.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to co-host quarterly webinars that position RenoFi as the employer of choice for high-performing originators.
- • Track and report weekly KPIs—outreach volume, screen-to-interview conversion, offer-accept rate, and 90-day retention—using Google Data Studio dashboards that keep the entire exec team aligned.
