- • You will participate in a structured rotational internship across key functions within Mortgage Title Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to the full title and settlement lifecycle—including title search, examination, closing, escrow, post-closing, and customer support—while developing technical, professional, and interpersonal skills under close mentorship and guidance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include shadowing and supporting operational teams, assisting with title document review and data entry, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, identifying and resolving title discrepancies, processing files, preparing reports, tracking transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how departments like Marketing, HR, IT, Accounting, and Finance integrate with title operations, participate in training sessions and executive presentations, contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, and deliver responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (typically rising junior or senior) with a strong academic record.
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with particular strength in MS Excel for data entry and reporting tasks.
- • Demonstrated interest in learning about the mortgage, real estate, financial, or title insurance industries.
- • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and conscientious work ethic.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to representing the company professionally.
