  • • Own and grow a high-value territory of mortgage lenders and real estate professionals, acting as the primary growth engine for Knock’s Bridge Loan product. You will be the face of the company in your region, forging partnerships that unlock faster, simpler home-buying experiences for thousands of homeowners.
  • • Drive aggressive outbound sales: build and execute data-driven prospecting campaigns that convert loan officers, branch managers, and top-producing agents into enthusiastic Knock partners. Expect to make 60–80 targeted touches per day across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, turning cold leads into warm advocates.
  • • Consistently exceed monthly quotas by generating a minimum of 70 funded loan applications. You will manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation to signed partner agreement to first funded deal—while maintaining a rolling 90-day pipeline three times your target.
  • • Cultivate deep, strategic relationships within your portfolio. Schedule weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and on-site “lunch & learn” sessions to educate partners on product enhancements, share market insights, and co-create marketing campaigns that keep the Knock Bridge Loan top-of-mind.
  • • Become the go-to resource for product expertise. Translate complex loan guidelines into simple, compelling value propositions; host live webinars and create one-pagers that empower partners to pitch the Bridge Loan confidently to their borrowers.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to co-brand collateral, with operations to streamline onboarding, with product to relay partner feedback that shapes roadmap priorities, and with customer success to ensure every borrower enjoys a 5-star experience.
  • • Analyze performance metrics daily: track outreach volume, conversion rates, average time-to-first-deal, and repeat-application ratios. Present findings in Monday morning stand-ups and iterate tactics in real time to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • • Champion a culture of curiosity and resilience. Share winning plays in Slack, mentor junior AEs, and contribute to an ever-evolving sales playbook that scales as fast as the company does.
  • • Travel up to 25 % within your territory for high-impact partner visits, trade-show booths, and realtor association events—turning handshakes into signed agreements and lifelong advocates.
  • • Stay razor-sharp on industry trends: monitor rate movements, inventory data, and competitor offerings so you can position Knock as the smartest, fastest bridge-financing solution in any market condition.
