- • The Moving Help Agent - Remote (Part Time) role at U-Haul International, Inc. is a customer-facing position responsible for supporting customers via phone, chat, and email to book, edit, reschedule, or cancel Moving Help services while resolving concerns efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- • Day to day, the agent will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude; respond promptly to customer inquiries; communicate through phone, chat, and email; acknowledge and resolve complaints; process, rebook, and modify orders; keep accurate records of interactions and transactions; coordinate with colleagues and supervisors; provide feedback on service efficiency; and ensure overall customer satisfaction through professional support.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset while expressing sympathy, empathy, and compassion
- • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills with ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once
- • Active and attentive listening
- • Experience working in customer support
- • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and willingness to work holidays as needed
