📋 Description
- • The Moving Help Chat Agent role at U-Haul is essential for delivering seamless customer support in booking, modifying, and resolving issues related to Moving Help services, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, the agent will respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email; maintain a positive and empathetic attitude; process orders, rebookings, and cancellations; document interactions; collaborate with team members and supervisors; and provide feedback to improve service processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when customers are stressed or upset
- • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills with ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously

- • Prior experience working in customer support
