- • This part-time remote Moving Help Phone Agent role supports customers booking, editing, rescheduling, or canceling Moving Help services via phone, chat, and email, playing a key role in ensuring smooth customer experiences during relocation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, recording interactions, coordinating with team members, and providing feedback to improve service efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset, while expressing sympathy, empathy, and compassion
- • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once
- • Active and attentive listening skills
- • Prior experience working in customer support
