📋 Description
- • Build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals in the oncology field to support patient care and advance treatment adoption.
- • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics in the Saitama area.
- • Manage budgets and administrative tasks including expense reporting and activity documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- • Monitor oncology market trends and adapt field activity plans to respond to evolving healthcare landscapes and competitor actions.
- • Strategically utilize sales and clinical data to create actionable plans that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- • Represent Regeneron at medical conferences, industry events, and regional/national business meetings to strengthen brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
- • Deliver clear, evidence-based presentations on oncology products to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Area Opinion Leaders (AOLs) in clinical settings.
- • Complete all required company training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology therapies, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between field activities and corporate goals in oncology product promotion.
- • Maintain compliance with all pharmaceutical industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
- • Travel within the Saitama region and occasionally beyond as needed, including weekend engagements when required to meet business objectives.
- • Document and report patient and physician feedback to inform internal product and communication strategies.
- • Ensure all promotional materials and communications adhere to regulatory standards for pharmaceutical marketing in Japan.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and service delivery in oncology care settings.
- • Participate in local and national sales performance reviews to evaluate progress against targets and adjust field tactics accordingly.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum five years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR)
- • Proven track record of building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Area Opinion Leaders (AOLs) in oncology
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- • Valid driver’s license
- • Experience working with oncology products, diseases, or treatment concepts
- • General proficiency with PC tools and Microsoft Office software
