  • • Our core business model involves partnering with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), empowering them to deliver robust security services and protect their end customers from evolving cyber threats. Our mission is to enable MSPs to cultivate profitable security practices while ensuring the businesses they serve remain safe, resilient, and secure in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
  • • As the MSP Customer Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth within our existing MSP customer base. This role is pivotal in leveraging key marketing strategies, including lifecycle campaigns, adoption programs, enablement content, and value-based messaging, to foster deeper engagement and expansion.
  • • You will be a key player in supporting customer expansion and retention efforts by working in close partnership with our Expansion and Customer Success teams. Your collaboration will ensure the execution of coordinated, marketing-led strategies that resonate with our MSP partners.
  • • This is a hands-on, individual contributor role designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer who thrives on managing programs from initial planning through to successful execution. You will own the strategy and implementation of critical customer marketing initiatives.
  • • **Key Responsibilities include:**
  • • **Plan and Execute Expansion Campaigns:** Strategize, develop, and implement targeted marketing campaigns specifically designed for our MSP customers. These campaigns will aim to drive product adoption, encourage upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and foster long-term customer growth across our entire MSP base.
  • • **Build and Manage Lifecycle Nurture Programs:** Create and manage comprehensive email nurture programs tailored to MSP customers at various stages of their lifecycle, ensuring continuous engagement and support.
  • • **Lead MSP-Exclusive Initiatives:** Spearhead unique initiatives exclusively for our MSP partners, such as webinars, specialized campaigns, and value-driven programs. This will be done in close collaboration with our Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
  • • **Develop Sales and Marketing Enablement Resources:** Partner with the Product Marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and distribute essential sales and marketing resources specifically for our MSP-facing teams. These materials will be crucial in supporting customer growth and success.
  • • **Collaborate with Customer-Facing Teams:** Work hand-in-hand with Account Management and Client Success teams to ensure marketing programs are tightly aligned with the specific needs and lifecycle milestones of our MSP customers, fostering a cohesive customer experience.
  • • **Support Customer Communications:** Assist in crafting and disseminating important communications to our MSP customers regarding product updates, new programs, and other key company initiatives, ensuring they are always informed and engaged.
  • • **Leverage RevOps for Campaign Execution:** Partner with our RevOps team to execute campaigns efficiently using HubSpot. You will be responsible for tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, identifying actionable insights, and implementing optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
  • • **Manage Projects and Timelines:** Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness in all campaign executions.
  • • **Report on Program Performance:** Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing programs. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership and relevant teams to improve engagement, drive adoption, and enhance overall customer success.
  • • **Success Metrics:** Your contributions will be measured by the engagement and performance of MSP customer expansion and lifecycle campaigns, the adoption and utilization of MSP-facing enablement resources, the effectiveness of expansion-focused campaigns in supporting MSP customer growth, the alignment and execution of initiatives with Account Management and Customer Support teams, and the identification of program insights and optimizations that lead to improved MSP customer engagement and growth over time.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact product adoption, utilization, expansion, and the long-term value delivered to our MSP customers. You will play a critical role in shaping how Blackpoint Cyber cultivates and strengthens its relationships with its vital MSP partner network. Working cross-functionally with customer-facing teams and marketing leaders in a collaborative, fully remote environment, you will have the autonomy and meaningful ownership to drive significant results.
