- • As a National Account Manager at Blackpoint Cyber, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by owning and expanding relationships with managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise customers, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering national security-grade cybersecurity solutions to commercial markets.
- • Your work will directly impact the company’s hyper-growth trajectory following a $190M Series C funding round, positioning you at the forefront of a mission-driven organization founded by former NSA cyber operations experts.
- • Day to day, you will own and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas across an assigned territory by executing a targeted prospecting strategy and leveraging a regional sales plan to identify and prioritize high-potential accounts.
- • You will build and execute go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with the marketing team to accelerate pipeline development, align messaging with market needs, and increase conversion rates through coordinated campaigns and account-based initiatives.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by conducting deep discovery into their current IT environments, security postures, and future technology roadmaps, enabling you to position Blackpoint Cyber’s threat hunting, detection, and remediation platform with precision and relevance.
- • You will drive the full sales cycle from initial prospect qualification and executive discovery meetings through solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
- • You will lead executive-level conversations with CISOs, IT directors, and MSP owners to open doors, build credibility, and establish long-term strategic partnerships grounded in mutual value and trust.
- • You will maintain strong post-sale relationships by proactively engaging with customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction, while identifying expansion opportunities to increase lifetime value within existing accounts.
- • You will leverage your deep expertise in the MSP and cybersecurity landscape to conduct credible, technical conversations around data protection, compute environments, evolving threat vectors, and how Blackpoint’s solutions address real-world risks.
- • You will maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), ensuring reliable forecasting, timely follow-ups, and efficient daily operations that support consistent quota attainment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the MSP and cybersecurity space, with a documented history of meeting or exceeding 100%+ of annual sales quotas
- • Proven success in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments, demonstrating resilience, creativity, and a hunter mentality in prospecting and partner engagement
- • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline hygiene, forecast accurately, and streamline daily sales activities
