- • ZURU Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Account Manager to join our dynamic team, based in Bentonville, United States. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic commercial leader who will be instrumental in setting and executing account strategies for our major national customers. You will be the primary owner of these senior-level relationships, holding ultimate accountability for the performance, profitability, and overall quality of our partnerships. - • As a National Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of ZURU's mission to disrupt industries and catalyze change through radical innovation. You will represent ZURU's diverse portfolio, which spans across ZURU Toys, ZURU Tech, and ZURU Edge. This includes our globally recognized and award-winning toy brands such as Bunch O Balloons, Mini Brands, XSHOT, Rainbocorns, and Smashers, as well as our pioneering FMCG brands like MONDAY Haircare, Rascals, NOOD, BONKERS, and Gumi Yum Surprise. Your ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of these varied brands will be crucial.
- • Your core responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive account plans that align with ZURU's overarching commercial objectives. This involves in-depth market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and anticipating customer needs. You will be expected to leverage data and insights to inform your strategies, ensuring that every decision contributes to enhanced sales, improved market share, and sustained profitability for both ZURU and our key retail partners.
- • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at national accounts is paramount. You will engage with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges and strategic priorities, and position ZURU as a trusted, indispensable partner. This requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus.
- • You will be responsible for managing the entire commercial cycle for your assigned accounts, from initial strategy development and negotiation to ongoing performance management and forecasting. This includes setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets, developing promotional plans, and ensuring flawless execution of go-to-market strategies. Your proactive approach will be key to identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring consistent delivery against objectives.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with internal ZURU teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable feedback that informs product innovation, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements. Conversely, you will ensure that internal capabilities are effectively leveraged to meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- • You will continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify emerging opportunities and threats. This intelligence gathering will enable you to adapt your strategies proactively and maintain ZURU's competitive edge. Your insights will be critical in shaping ZURU's future commercial direction and ensuring our continued success in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

You should be adept at analyzing sales data, understanding P&L statements, and developing persuasive business cases.
