- • As a National Account Manager for the Midstates region, you will drive sales growth and brand presence for Stanley Black & Decker’s iconic tool brands including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY by executing distributor events, managing sales plans, and launching new products.
- • Day to day, you will achieve weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, develop strong relationships with key account personnel, work with wholesalers to increase shelf presence, collaborate with channel marketing, and serve as the liaison between retail stores, wholesaler accounts, and internal teams.
- • You will join a global team of approximately 43,500 high-performing professionals at Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest tool company, known for innovation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and a commitment to sustainability and diversity across 60+ countries.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in sales strategy, product knowledge, and channel management while gaining access to career development resources like the Lean Academy, Coursera, and online university, with opportunities to advance across multiple brands and career paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • College or University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or relevant area of study
- • 2-3 Years retail and/or wholesale sales experience
- • Experience with retail events, product demonstration, new product launches
- • Ability to develop, forecast and launch aggressive promotional strategies
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- • Clean Drivers Abstract required
- • Ability to travel 30-35%
- • Ecommerce experience required
