📋 Description

• As a National Accounts Manager for the Public Sector in the Western Region, you will drive sales growth and profitability by building strategic relationships with key national accounts and developing data-informed business plans that align with organizational goals.
• Day to day, you will develop and maintain business relationships through strategic customer visits, deliver presentations, research and acquire new account opportunities, negotiate national contracts and rebate programs, collaborate with sales and corporate teams on pricing and account strategies, and participate in industry trade associations and conferences.
• You will join HD Supply Holdings, LLC, a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, serving public sector clients across infrastructure, education, and government markets with a commitment to service excellence and operational reliability.
• In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic account planning, contract negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and market analysis while achieving measurable impact on revenue growth and customer retention in a high-visibility, autonomous position.

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in the Western region and ability to travel up to 50%
• Experience prospecting and onboarding customers and identifying growth opportunities with existing accounts
• Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven success in outside sales and ability to effectively demonstrate products and services
• Salesforce CRM experience and strong attention to detail
• BS/BA in a related discipline with 5-8 years of related experience, or MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience
