📋 Description
- • Drive regional sales growth for TASKI floor cleaning machines across East London, Essex, Kent, and South London by identifying, engaging, and converting new customers.
- • Conduct hands-on, on-site demonstrations of TASKI floor cleaning equipment tailored to individual customer needs, showcasing product performance and translating features into measurable customer value.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and TASKI Premium Partners to enhance sales performance, support joint customer presentations, and deliver product training sessions.
- • Support national and large-account Account Managers by providing localized field insights, demo support, and alignment with broader commercial strategies.
- • Represent TASKI at trade shows, industry conferences, and partner-led events with professionalism, ensuring consistent brand visibility and impact.
- • Utilize the company-provided van to safely transport, store, and maintain demo equipment, ensuring all machines are clean, fully operational, and ready for immediate customer demonstrations.
- • Adhere strictly to TASKI safety protocols and operational guidelines during all field activities, including equipment handling, transportation, and customer site visits.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records to ensure a sharp, actionable sales pipeline and enable effective forecasting and reporting.
- • Monitor regional sales progress against targets, escalate potential risks or obstacles early, and contribute to expanding TASKI’s market presence through consistent, high-quality execution.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and market insights that inform product improvements and regional sales strategies.
- • Act as the primary on-the-ground representative of TASKI in the region, embodying the brand’s commitment to innovation, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- • Support partner open days and local marketing initiatives with energy and expertise to amplify brand awareness and drive demand generation.
- • Ensure all demo units are serviced, calibrated, and stocked with necessary consumables to guarantee seamless customer experiences during every interaction.
- • Balance autonomy in field operations with alignment to national sales objectives, demonstrating initiative while adhering to company processes and compliance standards.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, documenting successful customer engagement tactics, and participating in team learning sessions.
