- • As a National Sales Trainer at Globe Life Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of sales professionals by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that drive performance and compliance. This remote position is essential to ensuring agents are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to excel in selling life insurance products while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
- • Day to day, you will conduct virtual Sales Academy training sessions, manage online platform logistics with the Sales Academy Coordinator, support new agents before, during, and after training, implement and measure training effectiveness, collaborate on resource updates, and occasionally deploy to the field to support local agencies. You will also communicate product and technology launches, ensure adherence to Family Heritage Division procedures, and review training content for alignment with corporate strategy.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or Equivalent
- • Ability to learn, lead, and teach all digitalized platforms (current and future) that aid agent learning and development
- • Fundamental understanding and utilization of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Zoom platform
- • Ability to identify training and learning opportunities aligned to business objectives and create learning modules upon request
- • Flexibility to travel upon request (25% travel as determined by the company)
- • Ability to communicate effectively and promptly at all levels
