• • The Needs Assessment Team Lead at Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is a critical role responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of lead management and training operations within behavioral healthcare services, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional care in addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder treatment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for workflows, collaborating with training teams and supervisors to develop and maintain training materials, conducting onboarding and ongoing training for teammates, providing feedback on training effectiveness, managing lead quality assurance by reviewing call details daily, assisting with call handling up to 50% of the time, supporting escalated calls, and contributing to Veteran initiatives as applicable.
