- • Architect 360° go-to-market campaigns that weave together paid media, influencer activations, owned social channels, community events, and experiential pop-ups; set crystal-clear KPIs (awareness, wish-lists, DAU, ROAS, sentiment) and iterate weekly using real-time dashboards and player feedback loops.
- • Lead and inspire cross-functional squads of product managers, community managers, creative agencies, media buyers, platform partners (PlayStation China, Xbox, Steam CN, mobile stores), and esports orgs through agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and post-mortems—removing bottlenecks, guarding creative quality, and ensuring every asset ships on time and on budget.
- • Steward multi-million-RMB annual marketing budgets with CFO-level discipline: forecast spend by channel, negotiate agency retainers and KOL rates, reallocate funds on the fly based on performance data, and deliver quarterly ROI reports that directly influence green-light decisions for future titles.
- • Own the China-specific digital ecosystem playbook—WeChat mini-programs, Weibo hot-search takeovers, Bilibili MMD collaborations, Douyin hashtag challenges, TapTap dev logs—turning each touchpoint into a measurable conversion funnel that feeds the next stage of the player journey.
- • Conceptualize and oversee end-to-end production of hero trailers, dev diaries, motion posters, AR filters, limited-edition merch drops, and co-branded apparel lines, ensuring every pixel, frame, and stitch ladders up to the brand’s emotional promise and passes NPPA compliance review.
- • Build and nurture a tier-1 network of KOLs, streamers, media editors, esports teams, fashion labels, and music artists; negotiate co-branded activations that extend reach beyond core gamers into lifestyle subcultures, generating earned media value that outpaces paid spend.
- • Translate player sentiment from CN forums, NPPA policy scans, in-game telemetry, and community surveys into actionable insights for dev teams—informing balance patches, DLC roadmaps, pricing strategies, and sequel positioning.
- • Plan and execute high-impact offline experiences—from TGC booths and university esports tournaments to themed pop-up cafés—managing venue scouting, vendor contracts, security, live-stream amplification, and post-event social buzz measurement.
- • Serve as the public face of NEOWIZ China, hosting bilingual live streams, press briefings, and fireside chats in fluent Mandarin while seamlessly switching to English for global leadership alignment and quarterly board updates.
- • Champion regulatory compliance by partnering with legal, localization, and platform policy teams to secure NPPA, SAMR, and ad-platform approvals without diluting creative impact—anticipating policy shifts and pre-emptively adjusting campaign assets.
- • Mentor and upskill junior brand coordinators and interns through structured onboarding, weekly 1:1s, and hands-on workshops covering brief writing, asset trafficking, media planning, and stakeholder communication—building a scalable talent pipeline.
- • Continuously benchmark domestic and international competitors, distilling white-space opportunities into quarterly strategy decks that keep NEOWIZ two product cycles ahead—presenting findings to global HQ and influencing worldwide publishing roadmaps.
