• • The Network Operations Senior Advisor (Capability Manager) is an individual contributor role within the Network Solutions and Growth team at Evernorth, accountable for defining, maturing, and optimizing provider data and network capabilities to enable enterprise-wide business outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and documenting business capabilities, analyzing change requests for impact and risk, partnering with delivery and operational teams to ensure capability alignment, participating in governance forums, monitoring capability performance and adoption, resolving escalated issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating progress to diverse stakeholders.
• • The role sits within The Cigna Group’s Evernorth Health Services division, which focuses on enhancing the lives of clients, customers, and patients through integrated health solutions, and operates with a commitment to improving health and vitality across the enterprise.
