Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • We exist to make humanity more free by delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack.
- • We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software.
- • Speed and scale are our key differentiators.
- • We hire people who care deeply about this problem space.
- • We operate with extreme ownership, full autonomy, and a velocity-driven culture.
- • We challenge every assumption and have a love of the game, pushing the frontier of AI forward.
- • The Production Engineering Team is working on exciting problems such as turning every network fault from a mystery into a closed ticket, building the network repair pipeline that runs itself, and building the network monitoring platform for a fleet that never stops growing.
- • As a Network Software Engineer, you will own network fleet health end to end, build active debugging tooling, turn repair into a pipeline, own network qualification and validation, and own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at-scale.
- • We're looking for someone who treats toil as a bug, thinks in systems, moves toward ambiguity, learns at a steep slope, carries a pager without flinching, is fluent with AI tooling, and has shipped production network tooling or automation.
- • Bonus requirements include RMA and repair lifecycle automation, large-scale datacenter fabric, and out-of-band network management.

🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).

- • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
