• • Neurodevelopmental Assessor for Children’s ADHD – Deliver high-quality assessments that transform access to timely autism and ADHD care for children in England, directly supporting Paloma Health’s mission to reduce NHS waiting times from years to within 4 weeks of GP referral.
• • Conduct comprehensive Children’s ADHD Neurodevelopmental Assessments using Paloma’s proprietary software and AI tools, collaborate with Clinical Specialists for multidisciplinary assessments aligned with NICE guidance, maintain safeguarding compliance, manage caseloads, communicate effectively with families, and contribute to improving clinical tools through feedback and innovation.
• • Join a mission-driven, clinician-led team of over 80 clinicians within a 120-person organisation backed by £5m pre-seed funding from Triple Point Ventures and Heal Capital, committed to transparency, community, staff development, and building NHS-integrated technology that frees clinicians from documentation to focus on patient care.
• • Grow professionally through the Paloma Clinical Academy, access protected time for CPD and training (1 day/month), engage in quarterly development conversations with clear progression pathways, and develop cross-disciplinary skills in autism and dual assessments while working with innovative AI-enhanced clinical tools.
