📋 Description
- • Neurodevelopmental Assessor for Children’s ADHD and Autism (Dual Assessor) – Deliver high-quality assessments for children with autism and ADHD using innovative software and AI tools to streamline documentation and focus on patient care.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting neurodevelopmental assessments, adhering to safeguarding policies, maintaining professional registration and CPD requirements, managing caseloads, communicating effectively with families and children, and contributing ideas to improve Paloma’s clinical software.
- • Paloma Health UK Limited is a mission-driven, CQC-registered organisation transforming access to autism and ADHD assessments on the NHS, backed by £5m pre-seed funding and a team of over 120 people (80+ clinicians), founded by clinicians who previously treated over 1 million NHS patients.

🎯 Requirements
- • NMC-registered Nurse, or HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Practitioner Psychologist, or Social Work England-registered Social Worker
- • Minimum 1 year of experience delivering Children’s Dual Autism and ADHD assessments, including understanding of typical development, co-occurring conditions, differentials, attention/impulsivity/hyperactivity norms, and client-centred reporting
- • Demonstrated time management, caseload management, and parent/child communication skills
- • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check with barred list (required for working with children)
- • Desirable: Experience in conducting risk assessments within neurodevelopmental assessments and Safeguarding training to Level 3 or above

- • Competitive salary: £60,000–£63,000 per year (employed) or £66,000–£68,000 for Practitioner Psychologists, with annual reviews and 5% employer pension contribution
