- • Drive product acceptance and growth for Neurocrine Biosciences’ approved treatments through targeted education and strategic account management in a designated geographic territory.
- • Execute territory sales strategies using in-person and virtual communications to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- • Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
- • Manage promotional resources and budget effectively to maximize return and compliance with company guidelines.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, RNs, LPNs, pharmacists, and case managers.
- • Engage with key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, community mental health clinics, and long-term care facilities to expand product awareness and adoption.
- • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including managed care, marketing, patient access, medical science liaisons, and medical communications to align field efforts with corporate strategy.
- • Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure full compliance with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices in all customer interactions.
- • Maintain full field presence Monday through Friday, with flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
- • Navigate complex accounts across varied care sites, understanding specialty fulfillment and payer requirements to facilitate patient access.
- • Utilize business systems and sales platforms such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, and other business intelligence tools to track performance, manage customer data, and report outcomes.
- • Demonstrate strong project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess market dynamics, anticipate challenges, and make decisions with incomplete information.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers by delivering accurate, science-based information about Neurocrine’s treatments for neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, and immunological disorders.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and customer engagement strategies based on field experience and feedback.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- • Reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory to ensure consistent field presence and responsiveness to customer needs.
- • Operate with an entrepreneurial attitude, embracing change, seeking unfamiliar challenges, and deriving satisfaction from purposeful, patient-centered work.
